The Anti-Oppression Committee of the Northeast Anarchist Network exists to address the ways in which every last one of us, even activists who have dedicated their lives to fighting against oppression, have internalized the tenets of a white supremacist, xenophobic, patriarchal, queerphobic, classist, ablist, capitalist plutocracy.

The Legal Defense Committee of the Northeast Anarchist Network exists to amplify the work of existing legal defense groups across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

While we ourselves can be valuable resources, none of us are actually lawyers. Interspersed with the contact information for Anarchist Black Cross chapters across the Northeast, whether affiliated or not, below is contact information for some groups and individuals in the Northeast who do have lawyerly credentials if you are seeking legal guidance or legal representation.
