Pittsburgh G-20 Resistance Project: Summit Report

"Capitalism is like a spider, the web is getting tighter
I'm struggling like a fighter, just to bust loose

September 24-25: Resist the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh

Join Thousands at a Convergence of Action, Resistance and Hope

POG Statement on G20 Resistance

POG Statement on G20 Resistance

Though we will participate as individuals in the working group in varying capacities, POG is offering the following actions in support of the working group's planning and to further general resistance to the summit.

Network: Release a call to action for September to articulate our opposition to the G-20 and to invite people to come resist the G-20 in support of, and alongside, the larger tactical framework crafted by the working group.

2009 Northeast APOC Conference Mission Statement

No doubt in the days since we last gathered together as APOC (Autonomous/Anarchist/Anti-Authoritarian People of Color), much has changed for each of us. We've each experienced new joys and grieves, up and downs. Across the vastness of this metropolitan wasteland, new bonds have been built, old bonds strengthened. In surviving, even thriving against the transgressions perpetrated by those who would see us torn apart, we've developed both as individuals and as a movement.

The Northeast Anarchist Network is a horizontal network linking those in the Northeast region of North America committed to struggles anti-authoritarian, anti-capitalist, and anti-oppressive, based on the voluntary association of autonomous local groups, collectives, assemblies, and individuals committed to these aims.
